Senators and Congressman are connected to corporate fascism. The United States no longer has a can do ideal as illustrated by Rosie the Riveter. We must consider outlawing the Democratic and Republican Parties.

  Gulf Shores/Orange Beach June 6, 20...
  Over the weekend we are seeing scattered oil impacts, to varying degrees, across the island. Local officials are urging more rapid response times and will continue to be diligent in their efforts to keep our beaches as clean and safe as possible. Visitors are reminded not to touch oil in any form and to leave it for clean-up crews. To report sightings of oil or tarballs on the beach, please call 866-448-5816. To report oil impacts to wildlife, contact 866-557-1401. The Alabama Department of Public Health has issued a swimming advisory for waters off Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Fort Morgan. A swimming advisory means individuals are discouraged from swimming in gulf waters or in bay waters immediately adjacent to Fort Morgan. The beaches are OPEN and visitors are still welcome to sunbathe and walk the beach, but we suggest they swim in a pool or enjoy our many off-beach activities. Learn more at www.OrangeBeach.com

  June 4, 2010 - It's True, Tarballs...
  We ventured to Fort Morgan today after reports of tarballs hoping the reports were wrong. We spotted dolphins, herons and sealife but unfortunately also spotted tarballs. Many clean-up crews were on-site and the preventative measures were still being implemented like the fencing, sand berms and booms. The weather was great and people were still enjoying the water as you will see but we just received notice of a swimming advisory for our area at 4:45 pm. The beaches are still open to sun bathe, walk, search for shells but you are discouraged from swimming at this time. We will let you know when this advisory is lifted.
