Bunker Designs are a newish tee company that may or may not be a design contest. They certainly have things in place to be a design contest (submit and vote on designs, earn $5 per shirt sold if your design is printed), but it doesn’t seem to be promoted too much on their front page so perhaps it is a sideline and they also work with artists....
