After being inspired by her own trend-setting daughter, Lourdes, who is 13 years old, and a total style maven, Madge is embarking upon a new fashion-forward-feat. She, along with Lourdes' help, is creating MG Icon. Of course the MG stands for Material Girl, and we hear the line will be geared towards young women. MG will be hit Macy's stores in August, and will also include fabulous footwear and accessories. Beauty products and a fragrance are talked-about possibility in the future, as well. Madonna is just the latest in a whole slew of celebrities and singers who have done clothing lines - jlo, Jessica Simpson and even Justin Timberlake, have been incredibly successful in the fashion world. And to be fair, we must note that Madonna first dove into the design world when she teamed up with H&M in 2007. Plus, there's no doubt that this lady is a total style-maker - always setting trends and never following them.   Ridiculously cool Effect...
  A ridiculously cool effect I found by pointing my brother's handheld camera at the sun when we were filming. (Seriously.) You guys ought to help me out here and find out why the effect happens, so please--bring up the comments! (Edit 4/29/09: My dad said that the effect comes as a result of a color overload, aka the camera cannot take too much light so the sun is rendered black and the purple aurora exists. 15eagle22raptor35jsf said that the chromosphere and the corona are shown but the vid should still be passed around because he still doubts it.) I also want to know if any of you guys are doign the same thing, and if you all are, you guys should post it as video responses. :-)
