If you read Hide Your Arms you probably know who Coty Gonzales is. If not, he’s another tee blogger, a good one, who has been writing about shirts (and more) for the past couple of years, and is quite a lot more comfortable in videos than I am. I think I’ve mentioned in the past that I’dlike to get into doing more interviews on HYA, and I thought that Coty would be interesting since us tee bloggers are usually pretty sociable...

I don’t watch Spongebob Squarepants (because I’m not a child and I’m not a stoner), but even I think that this Patrick hoodie is pretty awesome. Wrongwroks Patrick (from Spongebob) full-face zip up hoodie by Wrongwroks is a post from: Hide Your Arms – a t-shirt & hoodie blog  Read More →

I know, I know, two LaFraise designs in a week, but it’s hardly me fault that they’re knocking them out of the park at the moment. I like the transition of having a serious and kinda artsy design transitioning into a cutesy design at the back with the bear, which is traditionally a more feared beast than a  Read More →

Spicy Brown lots of ridiculously cute clothes, but they’re cute in a way that a guy could still wear them, and they’re very foodie friendly too. They’ve got a new website and a few new tees, but apparently they need to make some room, because there’s a storewide 20% off sale going on at the moment until March 23rd. 20% is pretty sweet, if you turn your nose up at that you’re a moron and deserve a slap in the face...

Before I went to Philly I didn’t have any understanding of why people would watch baseball. It just looked so slow, I would put it on TV in my apartment whilst I was working away and it was as if nothing was happening, it was like white noise on the TV. Yes, there were moments of interest, but otherwise even the commentators didn’t seem that interested. However, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, so me, my main man Tigg and my BPFF...

People never seem to get excited about free shipping offers.* I’ts understandable because it’s just shipping, but think about it, free shipping is actually a good discount, and shipping price can often be 10-20% of your total order cost, so it’s a damn good saving. Concrete Hermit are running free shipping on orders over £30 until the end of the month, and unusually this offer is extended to everyone in the entire world. These...

Unfortunately this hoody is only available in size extra small, which in my experience is quite a small amount of the population in terms of men, but the ladies will probably be able to fit into it if it’s a unisex XS. I’m a sucker for a head print and this is no exception, and I really like the colourway they’re rocking on the back, works very nicely. Oh, and there is an unneccessarily boob-filled shot  Read More →

Pretty much all I need to say for this post is up there in the title. I’ve run £10 sales before, but they’ve never included the free badge set , and I haven’t mentioned to you before that all orders now get a free (small, admittedly) bag of Haribo gummi sweets. So that’s £3 off the tee, and a free set of badges worth £1.25 (and even that price is pretty low by itself), good deal? I was going …  Read More →

As we all know, Threadless coupon codes are a very rare breed indeed. I don’t know why they’ve put one out now but they have and that can only be a good thing. I think it was meant to be restricted to Facebook fans, but if you put a coupon out there I’m going to share it (I’m such a rebel!). Use this code: FB5OFF25 and receive $5 off your order of $25 or more (before shipping)! Code expires Thursday, March 18 at 10am...

You have to wonder how many t-shirt design there would be about Arrested Development had the show actually continued production over the past few years, it seems almost bizarre that a show that was relatively short-lived still gets so much attention from the indie t-shirt communtiy. Still, if you like it, I’m cool with it. Costiness=$25 Buy it at Powerup Apparel Arrested Development, more tees than episodes is a post from: Hide Your Arms...

This tee has to be old because it was made to celebrate Japanese artist Kami’s cover of Giant Robot issue #56, I own that issue and I haven’t GR for many, many moons. But just because it’s old doesn’t make it fresh, much like the pastrami I’ve got in my fridge it seems to be getting better with age (or staying exactly the same, it’s probably a mental thing), because this tee is damn clean and damn nice. Costiness=$19...

This tee is actually sold out so if you liked it and weren’t happy before… maybe you should go play with a kitten or something to cheer yourself up. This is actually a quote from Louis C.K., the hilarious comedian that I saw perform in Philly about a year ago, and regular readers will be well aware by now of how much I enjoy reminiscing about my three-month skint in the city of brotherly love. Louis makes a fair point, we have loads...

As a warning to those of you clicking through to the Guy Vernes site, it’s all flash, and it starts playing music when you load it. Those are two things that are generally frowned upon by me, and probably quite a lot of you too. That said, as far as Flash sites go, it’s a very nice one, and does at least justify the use of Flash with a few nifty tricks.
